Every day we are exposed to different fads, trends and diets surrounding food. Unfortunately, that comes with plenty of misinformation that may be harmful to your health and wellbeing. Food doesn’t have to be complicated - neither should getting started with your own personal food journey. Getting your nutrition right can bring balance back in to your life helping to reach your goals, and alleviate any internal or external issues you may be facing.

Food is personal and it should be celebrated. It gives us life, connecting us to those we love and cherish at the dinner table. Looking after our nutrition doesn’t mean we need to abandon our cultural roots either. I will happily work with you not only on introducing delicious meals to try, but also on making adjustments that do not result in cultural erasure.
